India, June 25, 2025.

Samsung introduced its 2025 Bespoke AI home appliance line-up in India on June 25, 2025, calling itself India’s largest consumer electronics brand. The line-up spans laundry, refrigeration and air conditioning products built around AI-enabled control, energy management and security. Samsung said the portfolio is now available across Samsung Exclusive Stores, Samsung.com, major e-commerce platforms and other retail channels in India. India pricing ranges from INR 24500 for the Bespoke AI Top Load Washer to INR 319000 for the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo; a Bespoke AI French Door Refrigerator with an integrated AI Home display is scheduled to be available from July.

Key products announced include the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo, a single machine that washes and dries clothes in one unit; the Bespoke AI Refrigerator with AI Vision Inside; the Bespoke AI WindFree Air Conditioner; and the Bespoke AI Top Load Washer. Samsung said the Laundry Combo’s AI Wash & Dry feature senses load weight, fabric type and soil level and then automatically adjusts the cycle. According to the company, AI Vision Inside can identify items inside the refrigerator and support expiry tracking and recipe suggestions, while AI Energy Mode in the WindFree Air Conditioner can optimize compressor speed to cut energy use.

Samsung said AI Home is the unified control layer for the 2025 range: on-device screens let users monitor appliances, automate routines, manage other connected devices and communicate with family directly from the appliance. The company added that the upgraded Bixby assistant supports two-way natural conversation and Voice ID, SmartThings features like Family Care can send safety alerts, and Samsung Knox provides multi-layered protection.

Samsung said the line-up is designed for Indian households around four values - Easy, Save, Care and Secure - meaning automation, time savings, energy efficiency, safety and data protection. The company cited single-machine wash-and-dry with the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo, AI Energy Mode in the Bespoke AI WindFree Air Conditioner, SmartThings safety alerts, Samsung Knox, and inclusive features such as Auto Open Door, accessible control panels, enlarged fonts and voice-based alerts for children and elderly users.

JB Park, President & CEO, Samsung Southwest Asia, said the vision is to deliver interconnected AI appliances “built for Indian homes,” focused on Easy, Save, Care and Secure. Ghufran Alam, Vice President, Digital Appliances Business, Samsung India, said the 2025 range aims to “protect personal data,” deliver “real-world convenience with AI Home,” and be “a powerful step towards homes that are truly smart, safe, and human-centric.”

Samsung said future-readiness is a priority. Through Smart Forward, a SmartThings software update service, the company intends to deliver new features and performance upgrades to existing Bespoke AI devices without requiring new hardware, alongside continued integration of enhanced Samsung Knox security.

Analyst Note: Samsung is tying appliance launches in India to AI automation, energy management and on-device control surfaces. This positions AI Home screens, Bixby voice control, SmartThings-linked safety alerts and Knox security as standard expectations for premium connected appliances sold in India.
