1. Accessing our Website

You agree that you will not:

  • try to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data;
  • copy, scrape, or automatically harvest our content (including reports, tables or charts) without written permission;
  • upload or share any content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory or violates someone’s intellectual property rights.

1.4 Availability of the Website

We try to keep the Website available and accurate at all times, but we do not promise that it will always be:

  • online without interruption; or
  • free from technical errors, viruses, or bugs.

We may suspend or limit access to the Website for maintenance, updates, security checks, or other reasons.

1.5 Accounts and passwords (if applicable)

If you create an account:

  • you must give correct and complete information;
  • you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential; and
  • you are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

2. Delivery

2.1 Digital reports (published/syndicated)

For published market research reports, we normally deliver:

  • a digital copy (for example, PDF) to your email address or via a secure download link after we receive full payment; and
  • usually within 5-7 business Days, unless we tell you otherwise in writing.

2.2 Custom or updated reports

For customised studies, updated editions, or scope extensions, delivery timelines will be:

  • clearly mentioned in our proposal, invoice, or email confirmation; and
  • subject to availability of data and inputs from you (for example, your internal information, geography focus, or segment definitions).

2.3 Physical copies (if offered)

If we offer a printed copy:

  • it will usually be shipped by courier within a reasonable number of working days after payment (depending on location and logistics).

2.4 Delivery issues

You are responsible for providing:

  • a correct and active email address, and
  • correct delivery details for physical copies.

If you do not receive the report within the expected time, you must inform us within 7 days so we can resend or resolve the issue.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing and taxes

Prices for reports and services will be given in our proposals, invoices, Website product pages, or written communication. Unless we clearly say otherwise, prices:

  • are exclusive of taxes, duties, bank charges and currency conversion fees; and
  • may change at any time for future orders.

3.2 When payment is due

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • payment is due in full before we deliver any published report or start custom work; and
  • for custom projects, milestone-based payment schedules may apply as mentioned in our proposal or agreement.

3.3 How payment is made

Payment can be made through:

  • bank transfer;
  • credit / debit card;
  • third-party payment gateway; or
  • any other method we specify in our invoice or checkout process.

If you pay through a payment gateway, you also agree to that provider’s terms and conditions.

3.4 Bank and gateway charges

All bank charges, wire fees, currency conversion costs, and any extra fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.

3.5 Late payments

If payment is late:

  • we may pause delivery of reports or services until payment is received; and
  • we may charge reasonable interest or late fees as allowed by applicable law and/or as stated on the invoice.

4. Revisions and Modifications

4.1 Changes to the Website and content

We may change, update, or remove parts of the Website, our reports catalogue, prices, or other content at any time, with or without notice.

4.2 Changes to reports and services

We may:

  • improve, revise, or discontinue a report or service; or
  • offer updated editions with revised data, scope or methodology.

Any such change will not affect reports you have already received, unless we agree with you in writing to supply an updated version.

4.3 Clarifications and minor revisions

After delivery of a report, we may, at our discretion:

  • provide reasonable clarifications on the data or methodology; and
  • make minor adjustments if we identify any factual errors.

Major changes or new requirements (for example, adding new geographies, segments, or time periods) will be treated as a new project and may be charged separately.

4.4 Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and will apply to all new orders and continued use of the Website after the change.

5. No Warranties and Limited Liabilities

5.1 No warranties

Our Website, reports, data and services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not promise that:

  • the Website will always be available or error-free;
  • the data will be 100% complete, accurate, or suitable for every purpose;
  • our insights will guarantee any business results, profits, funding, or regulatory approvals.

5.2 Limited liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, MarketIQuest, its directors, employees, agents, and partners are not liable for:

  • loss of profits, revenue, business, or opportunities;
  • loss of data or interruption of business;
  • any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;

5.3 Professional advice

Our reports and services are for information and decision-support only. They are not:

  • legal advice;
  • investment advice;

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 No cancellation after delivery of digital content

Due to the confidential and non-returnable nature of market research data, we cannot cancel or refund an order once:

  • a digital report has been delivered to you; or
  • work on a custom project has started (data collection, analysis, or interviews).

6.2 Before we start work

If you request cancellation before we start any work and before we deliver any report, we may:

  • accept or reject the request at our sole discretion; and
  • if accepted, process a partial or full refund after deducting any bank charges or administrative costs.

6.3 Duplicate payments or technical errors

If there is a duplicate payment or clear billing error, we will verify the issue and, once confirmed, process an appropriate refund or credit.

6.4 Chargebacks

If you raise a chargeback with your bank or card provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

  • suspend or terminate current and future access to our reports and services; and
  • contest the chargeback with supporting evidence.

7. Use of Our Reports and Services

7.1 Internal use only

Unless we clearly agree otherwise in writing, our reports and data are licensed for internal use only by the purchasing organisation. You must not:

  • resell, distribute, or share the full report outside your organisation;
  • upload the report or substantial parts of it to any public website or social media;
  • incorporate our data into any product or platform that you sell to third parties.

7.2 Citations and partial use

You may cite limited parts of our reports (for example, a chart, a single table, or a few lines of analysis) in your internal or external presentations, provided that:

  • you clearly credit MarketIQuest as the source; and
  • you do not share the full report or datasets.

If you want to use our data in marketing campaigns, press releases, or investor documents, please contact us for written permission first.

7.3 No reverse engineering or data extraction

You may not:

  • systematically extract data from multiple reports to build your own database;
  • reverse engineer any tools, models, or dashboards we provide;
  • use any automated “scraping” tools to copy content from our Website.

8. License Types

If we offer different license types (for example: Single-User, Multi-User, Corporate), they will have the meanings below unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Single-User License – only one named person inside your organisation can access and use the report. No sharing outside that individual.
  • Multi-User License – a defined small group (for example, up to 5 or 10 users) within the same organisation can use the report. It cannot be shared outside your organisation.
  • Corporate / Enterprise License – all employees of your organisation can access and use the report for internal purposes, but cannot resell or publicly post the full content.

The exact license scope, number of users, and any special terms will be mentioned in our proposal, invoice, or order confirmation.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership

All content on the Website and in our reports or services — including text, charts, tables, graphics, logos, and brands — is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and is owned by MarketIQuest or its licensors.

9.2 No transfer of rights

Buying a report or service does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you. You receive only a limited licence to use the content as described in these Terms and your specific order.

9.3 Trademarks

All logos, product names, and service names displayed on the Website are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners, and must not be used without prior written consent.

10. User Content and Feedback

If you share any ideas, suggestions, feedback, testimonials, or other content with us (“Feedback”), you agree that:

  • we may use this Feedback for improving our services, marketing, or internal purposes;
  • we do not have to keep such Feedback confidential (unless we explicitly agree in writing); and
  • you will not claim any ownership, fees, or royalties for our use of such Feedback.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Courts in Pune, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services.

19. Entire Agreement and Severability

19.1 Entire agreement

These Terms, together with:

  • any signed proposal, purchase order, or statement of work; and
  • our Privacy Policy and any written licence agreement,

form the entire agreement between you and MarketIQuest for the Website and Services.

19.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in full force and effect.
