1. Scope of this Policy
This policy applies to:
- Published (syndicated) market research reports
- Customized / tailored research reports
- Excel data sheets, PPTs, dashboards, or similar digital deliverables
- Any other research content delivered in digital form
2. All Sales Are Final for Digital Products
Our reports and research are delivered in digital format and contain proprietary data and analysis. Once a report has been delivered, it cannot be “returned.”
Therefore:
- All purchases are final once the report or data has been dispatched to you.
- No refunds or exchanges are provided after delivery of the digital product.
Please review the report title, description, sample pages (if available), and ask us any questions before you complete your purchase.
3. Cancellation Before Delivery
If you want to cancel an order before we have started work or dispatched any digital content:
- You must email us as soon as possible with your order details.
- We may, at our sole discretion, accept or reject the cancellation request.
- If we accept, we may offer a full or partial refund after deducting any bank or payment gateway charges.
Once work has started on a custom project, or once a digital report has been sent, the order cannot be cancelled.
4. Errors in Transaction or Duplicate Payment
If you believe there has been:
- a technical error in the payment process, or
- a duplicate charge for the same order,
please contact us with:
- your name
- email address
- payment reference / transaction ID
- date and amount paid
After verification, we will correct the issue and, if applicable, process a refund or credit for any confirmed duplicate or erroneous payment.
5. Missing or Incomplete Data in a Report
If you feel that your purchased report has:
- missing sections that were clearly mentioned in the scope, or
- obvious gaps or errors in specific data points,
we will:
- Review your feedback, and
- Provide reasonable corrections or customization to address the missing or incomplete information, at no extra cost, if the issue is valid and within the original agreed scope.
Refunds are not given for such issues; instead, we aim to fix and improve the delivered report.
6. No Return for “Change of Mind”
We do not offer returns or refunds in situations such as:
- change of mind after purchase
- disagreement with our analysis or conclusions
- a different internal expectation of market size or forecast
- the report not being used after delivery
Our reports are decision-support tools, and you are responsible for determining if a report fits your internal needs before buying.
7. Custom Projects and Consulting Engagements
For customized research, consulting, or strategy projects:
- Payment terms and milestones are defined in the proposal / statement of work.
- Once a phase is delivered as per the agreed scope, that phase is considered accepted unless you raise specific issues within a reasonable time.
- No refunds are issued for completed phases; we may, however, provide clarifications or reasonable corrections.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will:
- update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and
- apply the new policy to future purchases from the date of change.
We recommend checking this page periodically.
